A Deadly Blast at a religious place in Peshawar Pakistan

In the mosque, while students were reading the Quran an explosion occurred in the north-western city with 7 being dead and 83 injured badly.


Amid the wave of brutal election rallies and tactics, an explosion occurred in the northwestern part of Islamabad in Pakistan at a religious school. Seven found dead and almost 83 wounded people were rescued in Peshawar. The police and health officials provide this data

The center target was Speen Jamaat Mosque, a well-established religious school. House for the local community students located in the city’s Dir colony area.

It was the hour of prayer, the students were in the middle of their Quran Reading time. And then the explosion occurred, this was in the statement of the police chief Muhammad Ali Khan of Peshawar.

With the further unfolding in process of investigation revealed that 5-6 kg of explosive material was used, and according to report someone abruptly came and left a bag of explosives in it.

Immediately due to rushing any crowd it was not immediately known the number of dead and wounded. “The forensic evidence that we have picked up, shows that it was about 5kg of explosives and it was a timed device,” said Malik.

“It seems to be a high-quality device, which appears to use TNT. There has been a lot of damage, and this [attack] has been planned with great thought.”

In the process, CCTV footage revealed the significant damage of the mosque's interior prayer hall, making the building to fall into dust.

The injured were sent to Lady Reading Hospital (LRH), as per Taimur Khan Jhagra provisional health minister.
