According to the most recent Forbes estimates, former US President Donald Trump's net worth has dropped considerably since the fall. According to the most recent figures, Donald Trump's net wealth is now $2.5 billion, down from $3.2 billion in September 2022.

 

The former US President's fortune has fluctuated over the years, peaking at $4.5 billion in 2015, when he declared his first presidential bid. During his second presidential campaign in 2020, his net wealth dropped to $2.1 billion. His net wealth has remained around $2.5 billion since losing the election.

 

The report mentioned how Donald Trump's wealth is derived from his golf clubs and resorts, which are valued at $730 million, and his real estate endeavors in New York, which are valued at $720 million. It also revealed that his cash and personal assets total $610 million, and his social media and Brand Company generates $240 million. He also has $230 million in real properties outside of New York.

 

The drop is due to a large decrease in his social media assets, which were valued at $730 million in September of last year. The company is now only worth $180 million.

 

As per the report, Donald Trump's property with the greatest net worth is 1290 Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan. Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, where Donald Trump has resided since leaving office in 2021, is his second most valuable property. It is worth $325 million.
