Fardeen Khan's Physical Transformation "Feeling 30 Now"

Fardeen khan reduces his weight and is ready to start his career in Bollywood again


The striking actor Fardeen Khan, who has been trending incessantly on social media since Monday morning for his physical transformation, had shared some glimpse of his transformation just came out because of his hard work and followed a proper diet plan for a couple of months. He stated that "feeling 30" mentally but his "target is 25."

The 46-year-old actor, who has had major transformation lately, has lost 18 kgs in the last six months with the help of right diet plan and correcting workouts which were a huge target. The Indian foreigner Fardeen khan, who was trolled by his weight gain from a couple of years, he was recently pics outside casting director Mukesh Chhabra's office and he has been hanging the websites by his new look since then, trending his lean physique like a young model.

He recently shared his views on the reason of losing weight, "I wanted to physically feel 25. As you grow older, body degeneration catches up with you. I wanted to feel very, very good again. You need to think about it as a body-mind connection. I came across this in some reading I was doing”. He also revealed his seriousness towards his weight “I started eating right and healthy, coupled it with correct workouts. In the work that we do in our industry, you are expected to look your best and you indeed want to look your best. Resulting from his hardwork and compromise on diet, now he is planning for restart his career in Bollywood after 10 years, said one is "expected to look" their best in film industry.

Dashing actor Fardeen Khan is a son of late actor Firoz khan and acting is in his blood naturally. He was last seen in the film Dulha Mil Gaya 2010.
