J&K Police got specific input…
On Saturday, 06 May 2023, a terrorist was killed in an encounter between security forces in the J&K’s Baramulla district, Police said.
Security forces in Kashmir came into action after getting specific input about the two militants in Karhama Kunzer village.
“Information was received about some suspicious movement.
A search operation was launched and during that firing was done towards us.
During the operation, one terrorist of LeT was killed.
Our forces are on alert in the account of the G20 Summit.
We are assuring the G20 Summit will be organized successfully,” said the SSP.
This is the second encounter in the district in the last 48 hours.
On Thursday, two militants were killed in Kreeri village in the same district.
Two terrorists were killed after an encounter broke out between security forces and terrorists in the Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Police said incriminating materials, arms, and ammunition, including an AK 47 rifle and one pistol were recovered.
