12 Omicron suspects admitted to LNJP hospital in Delhi: sources

Two of them have been tested positive for Covid-19


 

On Friday, according to the sources, around 12 Omicron suspects were admitted to Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan Hospital (LNJP) in Delhi.  


 

As per the information given by the sources it said, eight omicron suspects were admitted to LNJP hospital yesterday and four of them have been admitted today, two of them have been tested positive for Covid-19 while the results are awaited. Adding more it said, out of the four suspects, two of them arrived from the UK, one from France, and one from the Netherlands. Said the sources.


 

The Covid-19 new Variant Omicron has been spreading its wings badly. Two omicron cases have been reported in Karnataka and have created havoc among the population. The fear of getting contaminated is too high. 


Also, a new travel guideline has been implemented by the government of India.  Strict seven-day quarantine is mandatory as per the guidelines with appropriate Covid behavior to be followed during the travel, face mask, regular sanitization, and social distancing must be followed. With all this, an RT -PCR test would be conducted at the airport during the arrival and one will only be permitted to go after testing negative.
