A 28-year-old man was reportedly shot at in Central Delhi's Ranjit Nagar on Wednesday evening during a Dussehra celebration where he was playing DJ. According to the police, the perpetrator became enraged by the loud music and fired at the victim while he was dancing with his friends.

The victim, identified as Sunny, who goes by the alias Bidi, is a resident of Ranjit Nagar and is known to have a criminal history.

On October 24, at approximately 10:50 pm, the police were alerted to the incident. The victim, Sunny, was participating in Dussehra celebrations near Kali Mata Mandir in Ranjit Nagar, dancing to the DJ's music along with others when a dispute arose between him and the accused, Yogesh, who has a history of criminal activities.

According to an officer, the argument escalated into a physical altercation, during which Yogesh shot at Sunny. The accused has been apprehended and is facing charges of attempted murder. The victim sustained an injury to his hand and is currently receiving medical treatment.
