As Fire Breaks Out In


On Tuesday morning (today), a massive fire broke out at an electric scooter showroom in which around eight people and several others were injured after a fire broke out in Telangana's Secunderabad this morning.

According to the information given by Officials said,  the fire broke out at the Ruby electric scooter showroom on the ground floor of the building, and soon spread to a lodge located on the first and second floor, killing eight people.

Around 25 people were present at the lodge when the fire broke out.

 

Adding more, The Fire Department rescued several lodge residents using crane ladders, while a few locals also joined in and helped in the rescue operations, officials said.

 

Telangana Home Minister Mohammad Mehmood Ali said the injured have been admitted to hospital and a probe has been initiated to ascertain the cause of the fire.

 

Fire brigade teams tried their best to rescue people from the lodge but due to heavy smoke, some people died. We are probing how the incident happened," he said.
