A Man Killed His Relative And Later He Killed Himself

Doubt Took Two Lives!

In India's capital Delhi, another incident of crime came in highlight, a man committed suicide after killing his relative on a suspicion that his relative had relationship with his wife. Police has identified the accused as Shahal, and the victim as Imran. Both were residents of the walled city in Delhi.  Police said that Shahal had a strained relationship with his wife, and because of that from past one month Shahal's wife with her two children, had been residing with her parents.

They added, yesterday the accused had gone to meet her wife and children at his in-law's house at Matiyala Mahal. During the investigation the accused's in-laws said that when he came to their home, he was behaving normally and had even got gifts for his children.  A senior officer of the Delhi Police said, " While returning back to his home, his relative Imran also accompanied him. The both consumed alcohol as it was evident with the empty bottles present at the Crime scene."

The accused and the victim both were drunk at accused house, after they finished their bottles, they started fighting. Hearing loud noise and quarrel, accused's mother went to the room where they both were fighting, she found Imran unconsciously lying on the floor.Police also added that, Shahal told his mother that he had strangulated Imran as he was suspicious that Imran had an affair and was in frequent touch with his wife.

When Shahal's mother saw Imran's dead body she cried for help. This made Shahal more furious that he hit his mother and his own brother Sohail who came to help her. They both received injuries and to save their lives they ran away from the spot. Even after hitting his mother and brother Shahal was still very enraged.

After running from the spot Shahal's mother and brother Sohail rushed to the neighbours to intervene. However, no one was willing to help them because they were aware of Shahal's violent temper.
After few hours Shahal's mother, brother and sister went back upstairs,  and saw his dead body hanging in the room with a curtain around his neck. Shahal's sister went to the police station and informed the police about the death of her brother and Imran.

After listening the whole matter, Delhi Police has ordered inquest proceedings and has filed a case of murder.
