Inaugurate the Aadi Mohatsav...
The mega national tribal festival, Aadi Mohatsav will be inaugurated by the Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi on 16 Feburary 2023 at Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium in the National capital.
As per the official information, the prime minister take the initiative towards the welfare of the tribal population of the country and to the contribution they did for the growth and development of the country.
According to the release, the Aadi Mohatsav celebrates the spirit of tribal culture, cuisine, craft, commerce and traditional arts taken by the Tribal Cooperative Marketing Development Federation Limited (TRIFED) under ministry of tribal affairs as an annual initiative.
The program is organised from 16 Feburary to 27 February and will showcase the rich and diverse heritage of the tribal community in over 200 stalls at the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium from across the country.
The main focus of the Mohatsav is to showcasing shri Anna Grown by the tribal and approximately 1000 tribal artists participate in the Mohatsav.
