After Victory In Punjab, AAP Gearing Up For Rajasthan

Rajasthan Elections!

After the Assembly Elections Results the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) came to power in the poll-bound state Punjab. The assembly election results were announced on March 10.

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has talked about several benefits which will help in recovering things in Punjab. The state will be benefited from the education system, power supply, water facilities, and other basic needs and daily needs will be solved by the AAP government.

After coming to power, the AAP is also gearing up towards the upcoming elections of Rajasthan, which will go for elections in 2023, which has been witnessing primarily a bipolar contest, resulting in the Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party ruling the state alternatively for two decades. Traditionally, the state has always voted for either the Congress or the BJP (the Bhairon Singh Shekhawat-led Janata Party was in power for around two and half years between 1977 and 1980).

According to the statement given by Devendra Shastri, state secretary of AAP said, "The Aam Aadmi Party can provide a credible alternative in Rajasthan as it did in Punjab. The issues in Rajasthan are similar to those in Punjab,” gave his statement to IT.

Further, he said, “Expensive electricity has been plaguing Rajasthan as well. The Aam Aadmi Party provided solutions to the electricity-related problems in Delhi and Punjab and can do the same in Rajasthan as well," Devendra Shastri added more, we have been trying to increase the number of our members in the state. Whether we will contest all the assembly seats in Rajasthan is something that will be decided in due course. Our party's in-charge for Rajasthan, Sanjay Singh, will visit the state and decide on that later," Devendra Shastri said.

The AAP won the Punjab assembly elections on March 10.
