Amy Jackson has been giving us glimpses from her workout routine quite regularly. Like many other celebrities, the actress keeps sharing fitness tips and her clean eating habits with her fans, inspiring then to follow. 

Amy is known for her rigorous exercise sessions. She makes sure that she includes yoga and other forms of workout in her routine, so that it doesn't become mundane.

The actor when not working, is usually spotted in corners of her living room, working out on her yoga positions. 

She believes in the power of yoga and the way it can heal our mind and body. Amy's Instagram profile is replete with pictures and videos of herself in several workout positions.

She keeps sharing of her fitness diaries on her social media profile with the intention of motivating her Instagram family to start taking up their workouts seriously. 

A day back, Amy shared a short compilation video of her morning yoga routine. In the video, Amy, in her living room, can be seen taking up several yoga positions from stretching to the complicated ones and working on her body. 

Dressed in an ivory white cropped top and matching pair of gym shorts. Amy can be seen starting the morning with arm stretches and then slowly moving on to the cat and cow pose.

In another part of the video, she can be seen blending her back with her legs folded on each other and stretching her upper back and abdominal muscles. She wrote in the caption, "Morning Moves". 

The cat and cow pose helps in improving the blood circulation in the vertebrae. It also helps in improving focus, coordination and mental stability of the body. 

Amy Louise Jackson is a British actress and model known for her work in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu films. Jackson's most notable roles in Singh Is Bliing (2015) and India's most expensive film 2.0 (2018).

She got engaged to George Panayiotou in January 2019 and gave birth to their son. In 2021, it was confirmed that the couple had parted ways after over two years of dating.
