Delhi police arrested a man for beating a 36 year old worker
In the National capital a man was arrested by the police on 26 February 2023 who is accused of beating a 36 year old private cleaner worker at Janpath road in the NDMC Area.
As per the official information, the PCR received a call on 25 February at the Kamla market police station that informed them about the incident and mentioned a middle aged man was seriously injured.
The police reached the spot and found that Parvesh Bajaj (36) was allegedly beaten up by a man and shifted him immediately to the nearby hospital.
In further investigation they found that Parvesh Bajaj if from Jalpaiguri of West Bengal and came here to earn his living.
After the examination of the CCTV footages of the area police identified the man and begin the search operation against him.
Later, during a patrolling the man was arrested by a head constable.The accused was identified as Lallu Sharma (30), resident of Gonda District of Uttar Pradesh.
A FIR was registered immediately after the incident at the Kamla Nagar market Police Station under section 307 of Indian Penal Code (IPC).On interrogation, the man confessed his crime and added that Pravesh was abusing him.
