Bengaluru 'Bandh' Tomorrow

School, colleges, Buses, IT offices to be shut...

In the entire state, more than 175 organizations have endorsed the Bandh and stated that they support the farmer groups participating in the protest.

Many city activities are expected to stop on Tuesday as a Bengaluru Bandh has been declared by farmer groups and pro-Kannada organizations. More than 175 organizations from across the state have approved the Bandh and asserted their solidarity for the farmer organizations protesting the flow of Cauvery water to Tamil Nadu.

The Bandh is expected to be complete because opposition parties have backed it and Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has stated that the administration won't try to stop it.

Which services are most likely to be shut down?

Tanveer Pasha, the president of the Ola, Uber Drivers and Owners Association, declared support for the bandh and a Tuesday road shutdown.
