Dr. Lal Path lab selects Kyndryl for service management
India's leading pathology lab, Dr. Lal Path lab, decided to appoint the world's largest infrastructure company, Kyndryl, for the development of its IT structure and for the digital transformation of their business growth.
As per the official information, Kyndryl provides a single pane of service requests, service utilization, a ticking lifecycle, incident analysis, and recommended proactive remediation. On the recommendation, it will provide multiple public cloud service management tools that will help Dr. Lal's lab reduce IT incidents.
Dr. Lal Path lab has been India's leading pathology lab with 277 clinic labs, more than 5,000 patient services, and over 10,599 pickup points, and Kyndryl provides customer service in more than 60 countries.
