The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is set to launch ‘NaMo Cyber Yoddha’, an online volunteer drive-cum-initiative, ahead of the Delhi civic polls.

According to the statement BJP said; “There are thousands of individuals who are influenced by the ideology and work ethic of PM Narendra Modi and his message of seva, vikas, and sabka saath. NaMo Cyber Yoddha will be a platform for those people who may not necessarily be in politics but wish to have a voice on important issues,” the BJP said in a statement.

The BJP hit out at the AAP government, alleging, “The AAP government in the last eight years has been a complete disaster on every front and has been the most corrupt government in the history of Delhi. From Sharab Ghotala to Hawala scam, from Bus Ghotala to Bijli Subsidy scam- this is a Government of Ghotalas.”

The BJP also targeted the AAP government over the worsening pollution in the city, “Pollution in Delhi has breached the 500 level on AQI and it has become impossible to breathe but no action has been taken on stubble burning or other causes of pollution in Delhi except blaming Diwali and firecrackers.”

As per the information, The saffron party aims to galvanise about 50,000 NaMo Cyber Yoddhas within a month.

BJP national spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla said “Namo Cyber Yoddha will become an army of online volunteers who will help in exposing the lies and wrong doings of the AAP in Delhi and shall counter their propaganda with facts and truth.”
