Two teenagers playing PUBG on Railway Tracks Killed by a train

According to a report by IANS, two teenagers who were truly busy in their game of PUBG were run over by a train.

The bodies of the teens were found between Mathura and Kasganj cities in northern Uttar Pradesh.

Parents told that in the morning, the kids moved out for the walk. At 7:00 AM in the morning, Authorities were called upon by a passerby. There was no eyewitness to the incident.

The police officers arrived at the scene and found two phones on the tracks - one that had gotten completely damaged, while the other cell phone was fine, and still had the game running on it.

A police officer of the Jamunapar police station, Shashi Prakash Sing, told IANS, “We do not know exactly which train was passing when the accident took place.

The kids were identified as Gaurav Kumar and his neighbour Kapil Kumar, both were 14-year-olds studied at different schools. They lived barely 100 metres away from each other.

Gaurav’s father, Rahul Kumar, a dairy businessman by profession, said the phone was his and it was taken by his son during the morning walk, “Today was the first day of his walk and I wanted him to make it a routine, but now he is gone.”

Kapil’s father, Sanjay Kumar in his statement added that they had no idea about such an online game, and if they were aware about that, they would have never given him a mobile phone.

This incident took place just a week after PUBG launched its sequel to PUBG Mobile -- PUBG: New State globally, including India, after the ban that shut down the predecessor in the nation.
