C.M Yogi Adityanath announces pension of ? 4,000 for Covid-19 Orphans

Covid-19 second wave has killed many lives and left children orphaned from their parents and some has lost the breadwinner of their family. Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath on Friday announced a monthly pension of rupees 4,000 under the Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana for the children who lost their parents due to Covid-19.

Chief Minister said that the state Government will give rupees 4,000 per month to children who lost their parents under Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana, Adding that also said that giving the statistics of such children in Gorakhpur," There are six children in  Gorakhpur who have lost one of their parents due to covid-19 and other too small in earlier. At least 174 children have lost bread earners of the family."

As per the information given by the CM, it said that the State Government has also arranged for the education of children under various schemes. For those children who are above 18 years of age, and presently enrolled for higher education in technical courses the State Government will be providing them with a  tablet along with free education.
