College getting reopen with all the safety measures for the student


The Karnataka Government on Friday has decided to reopen degree, engineering and diploma colleges which were shut down due to Covid 19 from 17 November 2020.  “ In a meeting that took place under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister, it was decided to reopen degree college from 17 November. Engineering, diploma, and degree college with all students, ” Deputy Chief Minister C N Ashwath Narayan.

After the meeting, he spoke to the media and said, student, will have the option to attend the online classes and Physical. Students have to register themselves those who wanted to do physical classes or willing to go come back to college and student should have the consent of their parents.

According to the restoration of the students, the Department will plan the classes for them. Every decision will be taken with all the stay measures for the student. The class will be sanitized after every class and the temperature will be recorded of every student and teacher present in class.


Chief Minister C N Ashwath Narayan who is also the in-charge of the Higher Education Department said for students who stay at SC/ST, social welfare and OBC hostels, all the necessary safety measures will be taken with all the students. The transportation facility will be arranged inside the college so that student can do their class smoothly and reduce the rick.


Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa said that all the social welfare, transportation, backward classes, finance, and education department along with Narayan regarding can start the classes with all these safety measures.
