Cong. Leader Demands To Dismiss The DM Of Hathras

The Congress Party demands to suspend the DM of Hathras on Sunday 5th Oct. of alleged to threaten the 19-year old Dalit allegedly raped and deceased victim's family.

The Congress Party demands to dismiss the District magistrate of Hathras of alleged to threaten the 19-year old Dalit allegedly raped and deceased victim's family.

The major question raises that why the SIT probe is still in work when the CIB is appointed for the case by the Uttar Pradesh Govt.

Recent on 25th September the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Shri. Yogi Adityanath had formed a Three-SIT to investigate the Hathras incident after having a word with the PM Narendra Modi.

Also, CM wanted to see the reports until 14th October.

On Sunday, Congress had demanded that the DM be suspended.

"The Yogi Adityanath government must immediately dismiss the DM, who is on record, on a video threatening the family and he should not be given any other position till it is thoroughly investigated that at whose instructions and whose behest did the DM go to the victim's family and threatened them in the manner that he did," Congress spokesperson Sushmita Dev said.

"Shockingly, an SIT was set up after 14 days and after the media and the opposition leaders, specifically, Priyanka Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi met the victim's family in Hathras, as damage control they ordered a CBI inquiry," she told reporters.

The Leader said it is so depressing and "heartbreaking" that the kin's family has to justify the injustice and horrifying ill-treatment done to the 19-years old deceased when the four upper-caste raped her.
