Deadly Accident in Madhya Pradesh

14 Killed and 21 Injured as Pickup Overturns…

Police reported that fourteen individuals lost their lives, and twenty-one others sustained injuries following a pickup truck overturning in Madhya Pradesh's Dindori on Wednesday night.

Around 1:30 am near Badjar village of Dindori district, the accident occurred as a group of villagers were returning home to Devari village after attending an event.

Police stated that the pickup vehicle carrying the villagers overturned due to the driver losing control.

Locals and the police rushed the injured to the nearby Community Health Center for treatment. The Dindori collector and superintendent of police also arrived at the scene to assist the victims.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav expressed sorrow over the incident and declared an assistance of Rs 4 lakh each to the families of those who lost their lives. State minister Sampatiya Uikey will visit Dindori to evaluate the situation.

The Chief Minister, Dr. Mohan Yadav, expressed deep sadness over the tragic accident in Dindori district, offering condolences to the families who lost loved ones.

He announced financial assistance of Rs. 4 lakh each to the affected families and instructed the district administration to ensure proper treatment for the injured.

Cabinet Minister Sampatiya Uikey is on the way to Dindori following the Chief Minister's orders.
