Delhi Govt Releases Song To Teach Patriotism Among Students

To promote communal Harmony!


On Tuesday, the Delhi government released an educational song on Twitter. 

 

As per the information, the song is a reflection of the vision of the Aam Adami Party (AAP) government. Moreover, Mission Buniyaad, an initiative that was launched to improve the learning skills of children studying in state and municipal-run schools, was also reviewed.

 

The main aim of the song is to teach communal harmony, patriotism, and women empowerment among other life skills.

 

The information stated that the song's lyrics have been written by Alok Srivastava and the song has been sung by famous singers, Shan and Sneha Shankar.

 

Delhi’s Education Minister and Deputy Chief Minister, Manish Sisodia, said that the song aims to answer critical questions about the purpose of education in nation-building.

 

Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal also took to the microblogging website, Twitter, and urged everyone to listen to the song. “Let us talk about giving the best education to every child in the country. Talk about taking the country forward through education. Must listen to this education song of Delhi,” Kejriwal tweeted.

 

Whereas deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia also shared the video on Twitter. He claims that Delhi's education department is the first in the country, if not the globe, to have an education song.

 

The song is not just a song, but rather a dream about Delhi. The song talks about why and what the education system of Delhi wants to teach students.
