Delhi records 38 new Covid-19 cases and 1 death

Single death was reported on Friday


Covid-19 is not over yet, the National capital reports 38 fresh Covid-19 cases and one death in the city on Friday. The Covid-19 cases are still on the count.


As per the reports, On Thursday 8 patients were discharged and 340 are active cases. The overall tally climbed to 14,39, 526 of which over 14.4 lakhs have been recovered. Whereas the positivity rate on Thursday stood at 0.05 per cent. 


 

As per the bulletin, a total of 55,909 tests, including 38,300 RT-PCR and 17,609 rapid antigen tests were conducted,


 

The capital city has witnessed a deadly environment from burial grounds queues to hospital lines and also long queues for oxygen cylinders. The city has witnessed a deadly environment and crisis in terms of medical resources, equipment, health infrastructure and many more things. This scary environment led to closure in day to day schedules and all the normal activities. 


With Covid-19,  the dengue cases are also speeding up in the city. The cases of dengue are also rising gradually which is also creating fear in the mind of the people. Due to improper cleanliness and hygiene, this leads to waterborne deadly mosquitoes. 


The Delhi Government has also initiated several campaigns and door to door fogging is also implemented in the city to minimise the contamination of Mosquitoes.
