Director Joseph Manu James Dies At 31

Before the Release of his Debut Film…


New Delhi: On February 24, Malayalam filmmaker Joseph Manu James took his last breath.

He was undergoing treatment for hepatitis and unfortunately God took his life. He was 31-years-old.

He died just a week before the release of his debut film named 'Nancy Rani'.

Aju Varghese, who worked with Joseph Manu James in the film 'Nancy Rani', paid his condolences after learning about his sudden demise.

"Gone too soon my brother. Prayers and support to the family," Varghese wrote.

Ahaana Krishna, who starred in Joseph Manu James' first film, too reacted to his death.

"Rest in peace Dear Manu! This shouldn't have happened to you," she wrote on his official social media account.

Joseph Manu James debuted in the entertainment industry as a child artist. He worked as a child actor in the 2004 film 'I am Curious' directed by Sabu James.

Joseph Manu James has also worked as an assistant director in Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi film industries as well. His funeral was held on Sunday.
