Summer is here. It is the hottest of four temperate seasons, occurring after spring and before autumn. This is the time of the year when we feel like drinking something cool every once in an hour. This is also the time when our throats get dry, we feel dehydrated and we need something to sip on all throughout the day.

Summer makes us sweat and the body feels the need of dehydrating itself and that's why we need to keep on serving our body with the necessary nutrients that we keep losing through sweating all day.

Coconut water is considered as one of the healthiest drink and also promotes many health benefits:

Staying hydrated helps in regulating the body temperature and maintaining the functioning of the organs. It also help in serving the body with necessary nutrients, lubricating the joints and preventing infections.

Lemon with peel, orange and honey serves the body with essential electrolytes, potassium and sodium. It helps the body to rehydrate and get the necessary nutrients to keep itself healthy. Coconut water, on the other hand contains potassium and sodium which helps in making the drink a perfect homemade electrolyte drink to control cellular fluid balance and maintain the acidity level in the blood.
