110 kg of drugs were seized and destroyed.
On 24 march 2023, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) of Indore Zone seized and destroyed around 110 kg of different types of drugs from a cement factory located in the Manawar area of the Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh.
The disposal of the drugs was done in the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah via video conferencing.
As per the information, the Indore zonal director of NCB, Brijendra Choudhary, informed that they seized 110 kg of different types of drugs that includes heroin, ganja, Alprazolam, and other drugs.
A case was registered and further investigation is underway.
