E-Commerce sale touches $4.1 billion


Some well-known e commerce companies such as Wallmark on Flip-kart and Amazon have sold around $2 4.1 billion rupees 29000 crore worth of goods during the month of October from dollar 2.7 billion per ago this year there is an increment in the sale

According to a report by Research and consultancy form read-seer the consultancy form had earlier forecasted that platform will clock dollar 4 billion sale this year

Electronic goods like mobile phones and other Other goods continue to be the most sought after segment contributing 47% of the total gross Merchandise value GMV with 1.5 crore worth of Smartphones sold every minute across the online platform

Mrigank gutgutia, director at Redseer consulting, said in a statement that E-Commerce sector has exceeded the aggressive forecast we have made a few weeks before the festive season week started out this fine to a revival of consumption among Indian Shoppers where they have been shopping online in Big numbers driven by massive selection great prices and convenient safety and shopping from home.

Apart the rise in sale this year has also been triggered by a massive addition of Shoppers total Shoppers during the first week  from 28 million as last year it is 52 million baby registry over 25% of the growth on this year 55% of Shoppers came on Tier 2 cities like Asansol Ludhiana , Dhanbad ,Rajkot and many other.
