Ebola Outbreak: 4 killed in deadly Ebola virus in West African country, Guinea

Ebola epidemic infection intensifies again in Congo. Four new patients found in 7 days, government on alert. Ebola has killed 11,300 people in an African country


4 years after the deadly Ebola outbreak Guinea has spread in the West African country Guinea amidst the Conakry Corona catastrophe, 4 people have died and 4 are currently infected. Given the threat of Ebola, the government of Guinea has declared Ebola virus infection an epidemic. It is being told that 7 people complained of diarrhoea, vomiting and bloodshed after attending a final ceremony at GoUike. GoUike is on the border of Liberia and all people have been isolated. The Ministry of Health stated that all infected people are undergoing treatment. Declaring Ebola as an epidemic, the ministry said that it is facing this crisis in accordance with international health standards. Health Minister Remy Lamah said that officials are very concerned about these deaths.

So far, 11300 people have died in West Africa in the year 2013-2016 in Guinea. Most deaths have occurred in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone. A further examination of these patients has been done to confirm whether they have Ebola or not. The health service said that health workers are engaged to isolate the people in contact

On the other hand, Ebola Virus was spreading rapidly in the Democratic Republic of Congo, another African country. In the last 7 days, Ebola infection has been confirmed in four patients in North Kivu province of Congo. Provincial Health Minister Eugene Nazanu Salita said that the first case of Ebola was reported in the state on 7 February.

Congo, in the Equateur province of Congo, there was an outbreak of Ebola in the year 2018 and 54 cases were reported. It killed 33 people. Congo is battling the second largest outbreak of Ebola virus in its eastern region. Even after the use of two new vaccines in the Congo, 2260 people have died of the Ebola virus so far. The infection started with the villages of Central Africa, which was discovered in 1976. Since then, the virus has been reported on several occasions. Its infection was highest in West Africa in 2014-16, during which so many people died, not even in the rest of the time. This virus also spread slowly to other countries. According to the CDS, the death rate among Ebola-infected people was an average of 50 percent. The Ebola virus spread through touching, from the eyes, from the nose, from the numb, but was less contagious than the Covid-19

Ebola is a virus that initially causes sudden fever, intense weakness, muscle pain and a sore throat. Ebola virus symptoms start appearing in two to 21 days after entering the body. Until the virus is developed in the person, it cannot spread from the affected person to another.
