Education Minister to have review meeting on education policy


Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal will be conducting a virtual meeting with all the state education secretaries today, because of the epidemic it also impacted on the education system of the student, the meeting will be conducted through virtual mode, where the minister will be talking about the online education and implementation of the New Education Policy (NEP 2020)  aside from covid which impacted education system.

The main focus of holding this meeting is to provide some amount of light by states In smoothing the proper education system ongoing during the lockdown too. Earlier, as the second wave of coronavirus infection, the education Ministry has canceled 10 board exams of both CBSE and ICSE but it still implements 12 board exams. Seeing the rising number of coronavirus cases in the whole nation due to triggered anxiety and lack of fear, many parents and children came up together appealing to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to cancel board exams. In addition, it also has become the trending tweet on Twitter too #modiji_cancel12thboards #CancelExamsSaveStudents for the student  in these tough times.

The student also requested this to union education minister Ramesh Pokhriyal, but this wasn’t accepted by him, furthermore, no such decision has been taken regarding CBSE class 12 examinations, if any news is further taken it will be official he added.

Today coronavirus active cases in India are 35,16,997 and the total numbers of deaths are 2,74,390.
