Fire Injures Two in New Delhi Building

Child and Man Hospitalized After Early Morning Blaze

A fire erupted in a residential structure in Kabir Nagar Kadampuri, New Delhi, during the early hours of Wednesday, resulting in injuries to two individuals, one of whom is a three-year-old child.

As reported by fire officials, the incident took place at approximately 3:15 am within a three-story building, with its origin traced back to an electricity meter board. Following the incident, both the injured child and a 25-year-old man received swift medical attention and were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Upon receiving the emergency call, three fire tenders were dispatched to the scene. The prompt action of the fire department personnel proved crucial in extinguishing the flames and containing the damage. Regrettably, the fire did consume some household items and vehicles in the process.

This incident comes in the wake of a recent significant fire that engulfed a factory in the Bawana industrial area of Delhi. Thankfully, no casualties were reported in that particular incident.
