The community kitchen which is led by East Delhi MP Gautam Gambhir in supplying food at the cost of Rs 1, will go ahead in operating things from next week at Patparganj. Last December 2020, Gautam Gambhir had launched the first community kitchen and the second one in New Ashok Nagar, two months ago.
Gautam Gambhir said, the disused garbage turns into the kitchen with quality equipment. The area which was stinking and deserted is now used for the community. In addition, The third community kitchen will be open from 20 August, assistant of Gambhir said. Gambhir wants to do similar work for the government sector mainly in those areas which are vacant for a long time, ensuring the nation gets proper hygienic and nutritious food to help fight starvation.
Besides, one kitchen will soon open in each of the ten Vidhan Sabhas of Delhi. The third Jan Rasoi similar food will be served as the first, second kitchen; rice, lentils, and vegetable curries.
