On Saturday, 27 May 2023, Go First Airlines announced that all flight operations will remain cancelled till May 30.
On the Official Social Media account of Go First Airlines, the airline announced that; "Due to some operational reasons, Go First flights are cancelled.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused due to the cancellation."
"Shortly, a full refund will be issued to the original mode of payment," the letter read.
"We understand that the sudden flight cancellations might have affected your travel plans and we are committed to providing all the assistance we can provide from our side," it said.
"The company has filed an application for immediate resolution and revival of operations, we will resume our booking shortly. We thank you all for your patience," the letter added.
On Wednesday, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) asked Go First Airlines to submit a comprehensive restructuring plan for a revival of operations.
