In Delhi, the current prices stand at Rs 57,950 for 10 grams of 22-carat gold and Rs 63,200 for the equivalent quantity of 24-carat gold.

 

 

Multi Commodity Exchange

 

As of January 25, 2024, active trading on the Multi Commodity Exchange saw gold futures set to expire on February 05 at Rs 61,950, while silver futures with a March 05, 2024, expiration date were quoted at Rs 71,795.

 

The retail cost of gold in the country is determined by factors such as the global gold price, the value of the Rupee, and expenses related to labor and materials used in gold jewelry production, influencing the amount customers pay for it.
