Goldy Brar Told Shooter About Moose Wala's Security Withdrawal

The Mansa Police mentions it in its chargesheet!

The Mansa Police, in a chargesheet filed in connection with the Sidhu Moose Wala murder, said that after receiving information that the Punjab government had scaled down the security for Moose Wala, Goldy Brar in May, had asked the shooters to "kill Moose Wala as soon as they can".

Canada-based Goldy Brar is one of the main accused in the Moose Wala murder case.

On May 28, Goldy Brar passed on the information that the security of Moose Wala had been withdrawn and conveyed to the shooters to rush to Mansa district quickly.

After this, the shooters—Priyvrat Fauji, Deepak Mundi, Ankit Sirsa, Keshav, Kashish, Manpreet, and Jagroop Singh alias Roopa—arrived in Mansa to execute the plan of murder.

On May 29, singer-politician Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead in Punjab's Mansa district. His cousin and a friend, who were travelling in a jeep with him, were also severely injured in the attack. The autopsy report revealed that he died within 15 minutes of being shot at and had 19 bullets pumped into his body.

On Monday, Punjab court stayed the release of late singer Sidhu Moose Wala's song Jaandi Vaar and ordered the removal of all promotional materials and advertisements related to the song on all media platforms till next orders.

The order came after a lengthy argument before the Mansa District Court on a plea by Sidhu Moose Wala's parents, who succeeded in obtaining an ex-parte ad-interim order against Salim Sadruddin Moledina Merchant and Sulaiman Sadruddin Moledina Merchant, known as Salim-Sulaiman.
