Hathras Rape Clothes Found Covered In 'Bloodstain' In Accused House

CBI found the bloodstain clothes in the accused house


After a request from the PM the Hathras rape case has been transferred to CBI (Central Bureau Investigation). The team of CBI has been investigating the Hathras rape case for the past four days in the village and has been interacting with the victim's brothers, apart from the accused family members.
The Central Bureau of Investigation has claimed to have recovered the clothes covered in  ‘blood colour' from Luv Kush Sikarwar, one of the accused in this case. However, the family has refused the claim.
They claim that the elder brother of the accused worked at the cloth colouring factory. Therefore, that clothes are not the bloodstain as the clothes have been sent for investigation.
The CBI team has been investigating the village for the last 4 days and are trying to collect as many proofs as they can. CBI has exclusively interrogated every family member of the accused on Thursday.
The accused family is claiming that the clothes which CBI has found in their house after searching for two hours are from the factory where his elder brother works. The stain on the clothes is paint not blood said by Lalit in the video.
Meanwhile, The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has claimed that they have completed their investigation on the case.  The team of three members of SIT began their investigation on 30 September.
The CBI has taken the victim's family to the crime scene. The mother and the aunt of the victim have also been taken to the millet field, the crime spot in the outskirts of the village .
The team has recorded the statement of each member of the victim's family, and from the accused family and other villagers as well.
