The number of covid-19 cases is shooting at an alarming rate in the national capital. Delhi High Court expressed dissatisfaction over the rising number of covid-19 cases in the national capital and observed that the city should soon become Corona capital of the country.

A bench of justices Hima Kohli and subrammonium Prasad said that the government has gone completely Haywire and Aam Admi Party(AAP)  government took the health of citizens for a ride and it will deal with it separately and made many claims that they are top in the testing but the number of cases has over short.

According to HC, it said, The bunch of petition relating to the non-payment of salaries to doctors and paramedical staff, Safai Karamchari, teachers and a retired engineer and other employed with North Delhi municipal corporation had not been made and serious action will be taken.

The issue of a monetary conflict between the Centre and Delhi again came to fore in court on Thursday. Civic administrations have been arguing that the Delhi government has squeezed their funds and not released grants-in-aid, which has resulted in non-payment of salaries and pensions to employees. Opposing the MCDs’ submission, the Delhi government said the decline in revenue collection has also impacted its finances and it expects the Centre to release more than Rs 10,000 crore owed to it.

Delhi on Wednesday recorded yet another highest single-day spike of 6842 covid-19 cases taking, overall coronavirus Tally to 4,09,938. The capital has witnessed a single despite 6725 instructions on Tuesday and has been log in a message jump in the cases since last one week.

According to, Arvind. Kejriwal, he told that at present there is no shortage of covid-19 beds in Delhi there is no shortage of any form of health infrastructure in the national capital.
