Corona Effect: Bollywood celebrities virtually wish their fans on the special day


One of the biggest Hindu festivals, Saturday marks the beginning of the auspicious Navratri week as per the Hindu calendar. Since the celebrations are low-key affairs this year, a number of Bollywood celebrities took to social media to extend their wishes to fans on the festive occasion.

“Shiva is absolute nothingness Shakti is the play of energy which means Shakti is everything #Navratri has tremendous possibilities, lets work on enhancing our energy system #Navratri2020,” posted Kangana Ranaut’s official Twitter handle along with a picture of her, worshipping.

Joining the bandwagon actress Rakulpreet Singh shared a picture on tweeter saying “Happy Navratri to all”

Posting a depiction of Maa Durga by Bengal artist Pallab Bhowmik. Urmilla Matondkar captioned it, saying: “ No matter what people tell you, words n ideas can change the world.’ Most stunning depiction of #maadurga by Bengal artist Pallab Bhowmik. Actor Kunal Kapoor tweeted saying, “Wishing everyone a very happy and prosperous #Navratri Praying for health, happiness and peace for all”

Meanwhile, Amitabh Bachchan took to his Instagram and Twitter on the joyous occasion of Navratri 2020 by penning heartfelt notes.
