IMD: Thunderstorm with heavy rain to continue in Delhi- NCR. Whereas Uttarakhand, Jharkhand and many more places are witnessing heavy rainfall.


Heavy rains have been lashed in several cities whereas the National Capital received heavy rainfall on Sunday. Which led to waterlogging as well as disturbing traffic in several areas of the Capital city. On Monday,  the India Meteorological Department (IMD ) predicted thunderstorms with rainfall that will continue in the capital city. According to the tweet the weather department said, "thunderstorms with rain over isolated places would continue to occur over and adjoining areas of the National Capital including Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad for the Next two hours.

Not only the national capital, but several nearby states are also witnessing heavy rainfall since Sunday. Haryana received heavy rainfall, Gurgaon is also flooded with water in its several areas. Whereas Uttarakhand, Jharkhand and many more places are witnessing heavy rainfall. Meanwhile, the waterlogging issue is the most common problem witnessed in the National capital. After which the contamination of water in several areas also leads to further illness and increases the deadly dengue infection in the National Capital.
