Indian Forces Bravely Fought PLA In Ladakh: Rajnath Singh.

India fought back PLA with utmost bravery.

Rajnath Singh the Defence Minister on Monday said that the Indian armed forces stood up in the eastern Ladakh region along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) and fought the Chinese’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) with ‘utmost bravery’ compelling it to go back.

The Defence Minister was present at the annual general meeting of industry chamber FICCI and while he was addressing the event he said ‘unprovoked aggression’ on India’s Himalayan borderlines is a clear reminder of the changes that the world is seeing and the agreement made in the past that are still existing aren’t followed with utmost sincerity. Mr Singh added that the defence forces designated at the border have shown impeccable courage and remarkable resilience in dealing with the situations.

Mr Singh in a roundabout reference to the ongoing farmers’ agitation in Delhi said that there is no query of taking “retrograde steps against our agriculture sector ever.” by the government. He added on stating that the reforms made recently have been done in the best interest of India's farmers. The government is always ready to listen to what the farmers have to say, and give them the assurances we can provide. The government is always ready to share dialogues and hold discussions as agriculture is the mother sector of the country.
