Daughter And Mother-in-law Shot Dead By Indian-Origin Man: US
In the US a man of Indian origin shot and killed his daughter who was 14 year old and his mother-in-law before he turned the gun on himself, said the police. The 57 year old man Bhupinder Singh shot his teen daughter dead and a 55 year old Manjeet Kaur in the town of Schodack in his home which is 19 Kms towards the South of Albany.
The New York state police said “Preliminary investigation had determined that 14-year old Jasleen Kaur and 55 year old Manjeet Kaur, both of Castleton on the Hudson, died as a result of gunshot wounds sustained during a domestic incident that occurred at their resident at 9:30 pm approximately on Wednesday.
A 40 year old Rashpal Kaur who was the fourth resident in the house at that time had sustained a gunshot wound on her arm but had somehow managed to escape from the house that time. Currently she is undergoing treatment in the Albany Medical Center and her wounds are not life threatening.
