"Know your Right, Fight for the right"

The National Human Rights and Humanitarian Federation (NHRF) will Celebrate International Human Rights Day 2021. International Human Rights Day is celebrated on December 10. With this event, the NHRF will also celebrate its 3rd Foundation Day. The celebration will begin from 10th December 2021 till 16th December 2021.

The program will include Virtual Human Rights Awareness Programs and other Humanitarian activities for the Promotion of Human Rights.

The main aim of the National Human Rights and Humanitarian Federation (NHRF) is to aware the population. Many people in India are still not aware about basic human rights- rights that we have, rights that we can freely imply. The program will make us aware about Human Rights, what are human rights, why we have rights and what are the rights we have? Also, how we can deal with the circumstances by using our rights? The main reason to know about our rights is to stop people from taking advantage, to stop the Country from getting bribes, corruption, or any kind of threat.

We have numerous of rights, dropping down the brief of our basic Human Rights:

Right to Life - which tells about you have the right to live in any particular place and you should not be killed by another entity, including a Government.

Liberty and Security of Person- you have the freedom to move anywhere you wish and no one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention, or exile.

Right to Freedom of Speech - you have the right to speak.

Right to Judicial Remedy - There's a right in India which states that a person can move to the Supreme Court if he/she wants to get their fundamental rights protected. This right comes under article 32 for the Supreme Court and article 226 for the high court. It is known as the right to constitutional remedies.

Right to Freedom to Movement - you can travel from place to place you wish. You have that power to move freely.

Right to take part in the Governance of One's Country - you have that right to take part in the conduct of public affairs, directly or through freely chosen representatives.
