ISRO scientist claims to have been poisoned

ISRO’s Top Scientist poisoned 3-yrs Ago.


Top scientist of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), Tapan Misra on Tuesday claimed that he was poisoned  3 years ago with deadly arsenic trioxide on May 23, 2017 during a promotional interview at the ISRO headquarters in Bengaluru.

He said that fatal dose was mixed probably with the chutney of the Dosa and in snack after lunch. Misra is superannuating by the end of this month and at present he is working as a senior advisor at ISRO. Earlier he had served as a Director of Ahmedabad-based space application center of the ISRO.

In a long Facebook post by Misra which he titled as “Long Kept Secret” claimed that the home Affairs security personnel met him and altered him for arsenic poisoning and helped doctors to focus on the remedy in July 2017. He claims that later he suffered from severe health issues including a severe breathing difficulty problem, unusual skin eruptions, shedding of the skin and fungal infections.

He has been diagnosed with Arsenic toxication by the AIIMS, New Delhi and a report of it was posted by him on the social media platform. Misra spoke to a prominent news agency where he said ‘I want the Government of India to investigate the incident.’ However the ISRO had no response on Misra’s claims yet.
