Kamya Punjabi joins Bharat Jodo Yatra in UP

Bharat Jodo Yatra was flagged off on September 7 from Tamil Nadu’s Kanyakumari. Mr. Rahul will cover a distance of 3,500 km across 12 states and two Union Territories.

It is expected to take 150 days to complete the Yatra.

TV actress Kamya Punjabi is another celebrity to join Rahul Gandhi in the Bharat Jodo Yatra in Uttar Pradesh.

Both the famous actress and Rahul Gandhi shared pictures and videos on social media together.

In the year 2021, Kamya Punjabi joined the Congress party. She was inducted into the party in the presence of Mumbai Congress president Bhai Jagtap.

Famous Political analyst Tehseen Poonawalla, along with other members of the Congress, were also present at the political event.

Kamya Punjabi has now joined Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in his Bharat Jodo Yatra in UP. Taking to Instagram on January 4, the actress re-shared a video posted by the official handle of Congress.

She captioned the post, "Aao milkar jode apna Bharat (Let's unite our India together). #BharatJodoyarta @RahulGandhi @priyankagandhi (sic)." In the video, she is seen walking with Rahul Gandhi on the roads along with a bunch of other people.

Rahul Gandhi also posted some photos with the people who joined him. The first photo featured Kamya smiling and sharing a conversation with Rahul Gandhi.
