Tabu plays a RAW agent on a mission


Vishal Bharadwaj's film Khufiya has a teaser today! On Monday, Netflix released the official trailer for the film. It is based on the book Escape to Nowhere by Amar Bhushan, a former head of RAW's counterespionage unit. It promises to be an exciting adventure and stars Tabu, Ali Fazal, Wamiqa Gabbi, Ashish Vidyarthi, and Azmeri Haque Badhon.

 

The trailer begins in 2004 at the R&AW headquarters in Delhi, where a potential information leak is discovered. 

 

According to an insider, "We have a mole in the agency." They start to suspect Dev, who is played by Ali Fazal, as the mole while Tabu, who plays RAW agent Krishna Menon, intervenes to look into the matter. The agents then start to observe and track every aspect of his life, including his marriage to his wife (played by Wamiqa Gabbi). The trailer teases that there are more secrets in store as the crisis worsens.

 

Netflix India shared the trailer on X with the caption: "Yahan hathiyaar ke roop hain alag, aur jung hai khufiya. The traitor must be exposed in a world full with spies. "Only Netflix will be streaming #Khufiya starting on October 5!" "Tabu & Vishal Bhardwaj are an unmatched combo!!" a fan said in response to the trailer.
