Bihar: The country is waiting for the results of the Bihar elections poll. Every party is giving there best to grasp people's attention. Yesterday, BJP with an alliance with Nitish Kumar started their rally to address the residents of the state. Today, Lok Janata Party chief Chirag Paswan attacked the constant opposition, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. He targeted the leader's alcohol ban in the states that were the manifesto for 2015 election polls imposed.

This morning the LJP leader tweeted, "In the name of liquor ban, people in Bihar are being labelled as smugglers.Bihar's women- the sisters and mothers - don't want to see their turning into smugglers. Along with Bihar's chief minister, all other ministers know that the state is seeing a rise in smuggling of alcohol amid the increase in unemployment but it seems everyone has taken a vow of silence."

The liquor distribution was banned in 2016 in Bihar that was the months after JDU minister Nitish Kumar turned to CM for the third term.

According to the Chief Minister, the alcohol ban which has also drawn praise from Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the past that step has brought "N" number of benefits and people's quality of life have improved.

Earlier this year, the JDU chief had pitched for a nationwide ban on alcohol whereas addressing an occasion in the urban center.

Chirag Paswan, who is contesting the Bihar election separately from the BJP- led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) this time, has constant attacking Nitish Kumar, raising questions over his leadership and governance.
