Director Karthick Naren revealed the title of his new film on Dhanush's birthday, the film titled Maaran will see Dhanush in an action packed role
38-year-old superstar Dhanush's upcoming project titled Maaran, which is an action-thriller, revealed the first look poster on social media. The director who described his character by the tagline "His courage is his weapon." Dhanush will apparently play the role of an investigative journalist in the movie. The first look poster shows Dhanush holding a pen in one hand while with another, he keeps an enemy at bay, by holding him down on what appears to be a glass table.
The project will be produced by Sathya Jyothi Films and will include Malavika Mohanan opposite Dhanush.
