Mental health which plays an important part in our life, reflecting how we feel, think, behave in our daily lives. Keeping good mental health means keeping up active in day-to-day life. As, strong mental health encourages us to be strong each day to be a better person in society, whereas in  the absence of mental health means a person may suffer from all the psychological issues related to body and mind. In today's time, the whole world is suffering from the pandemic, where now the second wave has impacted many of the lives in different ways. As in raising our fear and stress in breaking us apart, especially talking about the mental health of people, who ever knows that the pandemic will ever arise in all parts of the country, nobody has ever prepared for such a pandemic. The coronavirus has affected each one of life, and life has changed till date.

Keeping mental health in action is very important as the golden wealth of life is related to our health from old age to young adult research has been found out it affected both of the generations, but the major part is 80% of the young generation likely to lose themselves in the pandemic. A larger number of a young adult has lost their jobs and founded themselves worthless in the pandemic. The situation of the people likely made them in loneliness and isolated mode. Meanwhile, a high number of mental health cases also arises in 2020.Now, as more than a year now when many people are staying at home in doing work from home or doing with an online class from home, things have been likely changed , we don’t  feel same as earlier when we used to go out. Still, the lockdown phrase or keeping us home has impacted us more likely in affected our mental health so keeping a right track in keeping yourself organize here, are few tips in keep things easy, in ensuring emotional mental health balance in the pandemic:

 ·Take a break: Things were not the same as before, first be kind to yourself and make yourself comfortable in everything you do, you may feel worried seeing all the things happening in the world from the news resources , try to avoid things for a while for your mental peace, choosing what to do in a hard time will also determine the health balance in your mind.

·Get plenty of sleep: Taking enough sleep each day also matters, for a proper sleep-wake cycle routine. Good sleep also showcases in improving good health and good concentration especially for the memory in doing multiple of tasks. Scientifically, a person needs 7-8 hours of sleep to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

 ·Eat well: The human body, matters in matters  of  proper nutrition as eating healthy food such as vegetables and fruits matters in a well-balanced diet. Eating at the proper time also affects the body, in many cases, it is also been found out, some people who used to skip breakfast suffer from an increase in heart disease, blood pressure, high cholesterol. That’s why providing good nutrition also signifies the health of a person, if a person starts eating junk daily it can lead to an increase in chronic diseases.

 ·Avoid alcohol and smoking: Consuming alcohol interferes with chemicals in the brain that is something dangerous for the mental health, people might feel relaxed after drinking but the harsh truth is that, it affects the mental health due to which a person may suffer from depression and anxiety and make him harder to understand things in such times.

·Get sunlight: Soaking up sunlight is just like doing wonders for your mind, bones and metal and physical body, as it helps in increase vitamin D, improvement in mood, causing lower blood pressure, and making the bones stronger, seeing sunlight each day is something, people liked to avoid it, getting too much sunlight cause tanning  but just taking 20 minutes sunlight is necessary for a good mindset sometimes.

·Keeping yourself active: Doing exercise on the regular basis is the effective way of living a happy life as the fitness of a person is direct impact, mental house too, even though doing things as reading, painting in regular basis may active your minds in generating a healthy lifestyle.

·Connect with people: Connecting with friends and family plays a major role in the lifestyle, if a person stays alone it may showcase the person might be suffering from any problem that’s why an aspect of human survival should be social, today connecting with people is easy with the technology. The support of family and friends matters in good mental health.
