“Major missile attack” on the Ukraine, the authorities have reported major missile explosion in at least 3 cities and on energy facilities and infrastructure by Russia.

 

Local Ukrainian authorities reported explosions in the capital, Kyiv, southern Kryvyi Rih and northeastern Kharkiv on social media as they sounded air raid alarms across the country warning of a new destructive bombardment of the Russian strikes that have occurred intermittently since mid-October.

 

Mayor Ihor Terekhov said on Telegram, Kharkiv is without electricity. Kharkiv regional governor Oleh Syniehubov reported three strikes on the city’s critical infrastructure.

 

A top official In President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s office, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, reported a strike on a residential building in Kryvyi Rih.

 

 “There may be people under the rubble.” Emergency services were on site,” Tymoshenko warned on Telegram.

 

On explosion in the northern Desnianskyi and western Holosiivskyi district, the Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported and has urged the residents to go to the shelters.

 

“The attack on the capital continues,” he wrote on Telegram.
