Teenage girl raped
A teenage girl was gang-raped in a village near, Meerut in U.P. The incident took place on Thursday in a Meerut village while the girl was on her way to tuition classes.
According to the reports given by her family, her uncle said that" she went for tuition at around 3:30 pm and when she came back at 5:30 pm she told her mother and uncle about the incident that her three friends have gang-raped. The girl allegedly drank a poisonous substance later and was taken to hospital and died during her treatment said the First Information Report (FIR) report. Adding that, her brother told her that she came back home in panic mode and her clothes were torn off , she somehow narrated the incident.
As per the Meerut police, they have arrested two accused, Lakhan and Vikas and the others two are being traced. FIR was lodged by the girl's parental uncle under the section of IPC and POCSO Act,2012.
According to the Meerut police, They have filed rape and other charges and also have confirmed the recovery of a suicide note from the girl's home which includes the name of the accused as Lakhan and others.
