Minor girl gang-raped and burnt in Bihar

The police of Muzaffarpur said on Wednesday that a girl was gang-raped and burnt alive at her residence on January 11. This morning the girl died in the hospital where she was undergoing treatment. A First Information Report (FIR) has already been registered in the case and the father of the girl has accused four people in the FIR.

Rajesh Kumar Sharma who is the Sub Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) has spoken to a prominent news agency where he said “A minor was brutally gang-raped and burnt alive by four men. The girl’s father has accused four men and an FIR has been registered.” He further added “We have initiated the investigation and our priority is in arresting the culprits.” Out of the four accused, three has been identified as Gulshan Kumar, Chanchal Kumar and Raju Kumar.
