Mother Dairy Milk price increases by Rs 2/Litre

Mother Dairy Milk price increases by Rs 2/Litre, the prices of full cream milk have touched to Rs 57 per litre and Double toned milk Rs 41 per litre.


Covid-19 has hit the economy badly and has led towards increments in basic needs of survival. From the past few months, the prices of petrol and diesel have touched a peak. hike in fuel prices, LPG gas price now the prices of milk has also been increased by rupees 2 per litre. Mother Dairy has increased the price of liquid milk by rupees 2 per litre in Delhi NCR. The latest revision and the prices will come into effect from July 11, before this,  Mother Dairy had increased their prices of milk 1.5 years ago in  December 2019. 


Talking about a few different varieties and prices of Mother Dairy milk.


•price of mother dairy token milk is now Rs 44 per litre.

•prices of full cream milk is now Rs 57 per litre.

•Toned milk Rs 47 per litre 

•Full cream premium milk to Rs 31 per half a litre.

•Cow milk Rs 49 per litre. 

•Double toned milk Rs 41 per litre.

Meanwhile on July 1 Amul milk prices increased by rupees 2 per litre across all cities.  According to the statement given by Mother Dairy it said compelled to raise its liquid milk prices by rupees to per litre in Delhi NCR with effect from 11 July 2021 prices are also being revised across key markets including east and Central Uttar Pradesh, Mumbai, Nagpur and Kolkata from July 11 onwards to the tune of rupees to pearly turn on the current prevailing MRP in the respective market. The company said it has always attempted to strike the right balance between the consumers and the milk producers. The surge from prices is also being partially passed on to consumers thereby securing the interest of both the stakeholders it also highlighted that it passes close to 75 to 80% of the sale their realization from milk towards procurement of milk. The company believes in giving competitive and remunerative prices to the farmers to ensure the sustainability of dairying and availability of safe milk for consumers.
